I set up KWA in 2001. I had worked in a number of big consultancy firms and I wanted to combine a deep interest in business with a passion for people. Organisations are only successful when the people in it are successful. I look for solutions that are business driven, that align to strategic challenges and look to make a difference – driving growth and sustaining performance by getting the best out of people.

Executive Director in KWA
Jen has been an integral part of KWA since 2012. Her career has spanned the globe working with organisations across many countries sectors. Her style is courageous and compassionate with a huge sprinkling of business acumen. She is an advocate and ambassador for a whole health approach which considers how a blend of mental stimulation, physical awareness and social interaction impacts individual and team fulfilment and performance.
