Having held L&D roles in organisations such as Punch Taverns, LV and PepsiCo he set up his own consultancy business focusing on leadership development and coaching
Professional Skills and expertise: David is CIPD qualified and accredited in Hogan, MBTI and Saville psychometric profiling tools. His experience lies in organisational development and coaching, specifically in the following areas; identification and development of an organisations talent, design and delivery of leadership development, assessment and development of both individual leaders and teams, coaching of business leaders and the development of internal coaching skills.
International Experience: during his time at PepsiCo he developed my cultural intelligence through working alongside and supporting people across Europe, Russia and the United States of America.
Indicative Clients: since working independently in 2017 he has worked for Barratt Developments, the RNLI, and Liverpool Victoria.
Coaching Style and Approach: he would describe himself as a collaborative coach, working in partnership to create change. He believes his role is to help increase awareness; awareness of self, of the situation and of possible options. He does this through a combination of listening, questioning, the use of psychometric profiling and by providing insight. Providing the space for my coachees to step back, slow down and think.
