Caroline Arnold

Education and Experience: a graduate of Manchester University, Caroline started her career as a graduate trainee with Waitrose and developed her career as a HR professional. For the last 5 years she has been a facilitator and coach and has gained experience of working across multiple industries in the UK. She has returned to University this year to complete her ILM Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring.

Professional Skills and expertise: Caroline has a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Economics, Business and Social Studies. Caroline brings considerable experience in retail, civil service, recruitment, hospitality, education and consulting to her leadership training, facilitation and executive coaching. She published a book “Get Confident and Accelerate Your Career” helping people secure a promotion internally or externally.
