Education and Experience: MBA Nottingham Trent University BA Hons Politics Nottingham University. Recently completed 12 months as the Global Head of Learning and Development for the British Council in an interim capacity. Caroline is a learning and development professional with extensive experience of designing and implementing creative people development solutions to maximise business performance. She began her career as a graduate trainee with Ford Motor Co, and has since worked for several other global organisations, particularly within the financial services sector, most recently setting up a talent management function.

Qualified to use MBTI, FIRO B, the Hogan Suite, OPQ 32i, Saville WAVE and SWIFT, The Risk Type Compass, the Motivation Questionnaire, 16PF. Caroline is an experienced coach and facilitator working at individual and team level. Caroline’s personal strengths include her creativity and ability to challenge established patterns of behaviour in a constructive and supportive way. She is quickly able to build rapport and encourage reflection and self-awareness to support individuals and teams to fully recognise and achieve their potential.
