Education and Experience: My career started in the music industry, building national press campaigns for rock stars and events. I then took those learnings about how to work with creative forces into the world of leadership development, where I discovered a love and knack of helping unlock belief and creativity. I spent half a decade at innovation agency ?WhatIf! helping businesses get clear around their innovation ambition and equipping and enabling them to do so. Since 2011 I have set up a couple of brand and innovation consultancies, and now run my own consultancy specialising in leadership, culture and innovation.
Professional Skills and expertise: I specialise in helping individual leaders and teams to reimagine their role in a rapidly changing role. I have designed and delivered large scale cultural transformation and innovation programmes. I’m a hands on facilitator, strategic consultant, trainer, certified NLP practitioner and currently studying for ICF coaching accreditation.
International Experience: I have worked with multi-nationals both in the UK and abroad. I lived in Japan and Germany in my youth.
Indicative Clients: UCL, Wavelength, Long Tall Sally, Royal Academy, NCP
Coaching Style and Approach: People would describe my great quality as being able to challenge, provoke, and energise anyone from executive teams, fledgling start ups, to individuals who are just getting started on their great business adventures. I am a creative thinker, and enjoy helping others imagine better solutions to tricky problems. I’m relentlessly optimistic and I aim to create a world where everyone (and every organisation) has the freedom and bravery to realise their greatness.
