Education and Experience: Nicola is an organisational development practitioner and coach, with over 20 years’ experience. In particular she has worked extensively in the field of international cultural relations. Nicola brings varied experience as both a business partner, delivering L&D strategies to support change and business growth and as the global lead for key HR processes such as performance and talent management. Nicola is a trained mediator and has successfully aided line managers and staff to resolve disputes and improve working relationships. With knowledge of 3rd sector and commercial environments, Nicola is skilled at helping organisations and individuals balance ethical decision making and commercial intent.

Professional Skills and Expertise: Certified in EQi (Emotional Quotient) testing and feedback, Nicola is experienced in delivering impactful coaching to help others improve their performance and achieve their development and career objectives. Nicola has designed and delivered leadership development initiatives for UK and International audiences and has delivered a range of initiatives to increase and embed equality, diversity and inclusion. Nicola’s empathy, exceptional communication skills, and down to earth manner enable her to build long- lasting relationships and to be seen as a trusted advisor and mentor.

International Experience: Nicola has worked extensively overseas, delivering people related interventions to audiences in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Wider Europe.
