Education and Experience: a Business Psychologist, Coach, and Leadership Development Consultant, Andrew started his career in corporate roles in a major US Oil company (Mobil) before moving into people related fields – initially in recruitment. He then spent 12 years working in the outplacement and career transition sector subsequently developing his practice in management and leadership development. With an MSc in Change Agency – (individual, team and organisational change) Andrew has worked with leading consultancies in coaching and leadership development and business psychology.
Professional Skills and Expertise: Principal Practitioner - Association for Business Psychology. Member of both EMCC and AfC for many years. Extensive knowledge of psychological tools including Insights, Lumina, Firo B, SDI, TMS, Motivational Maps, Gender Preference, and others. Most of Andrew’s coaching assignments have been in executive development, - often in parallel with team development and team coaching work. Other areas of particular expertise include career/talent development and career management, staff engagement, personal effectiveness and personal brand work.
International Experience: Andrew has undertaken professional assignments on site in 39 different countries - North and South America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia and regularly work with clients from other cultures and countries. He regularly conducts international coaching assignments by Skype and telephone.
